The chain conveyors are designed to work at a high capacity in which food must be transported with some care, but without specific care. The chain conveyors designed by Domfesa during transport, the products will fully preserve all their physical capacities.<\/p>\n
Domfesa’s R&D department has designed and calculated the chain conveyors with unique, cutting-edge technology and systems, making them ideal for transporting granulated (or processed) raw materials such as seeds, cereals, flour or larger raw materials such as animal or poultry cuts.<\/p>\n
The large transport capacity, both in terms of volume and weight to be transported, makes the conveyors an essential piece for the transfer of materials in large installations in which the hoppers, storage tanks or production lines are separated by warehouses or chambers.<\/p>\n
One of the advantages of this type of raw material conveying machinery is the number of assembled elements that can be adapted to it. Such as curves of different degrees (to modify the transport to suit the installation in which it will be mounted and where it will work) or the advantages of watertight design, not generating dust or filtrations of materials in suspension in the transport line.<\/p>\n
At Domfesa we care about the quality of the materials used in our machines. That is why we offer the possibility of choosing the type of material with which the customer wants his machine to be manufactured, whether in iron, galvanised steel, stainless steel or anti-wear steel.<\/p>\n
In each transport there is the possibility of personalising the transport with different auxiliary elements for forecasting, control, maintenance and safety. This is the case of the registers and other similar elements, allowing unloading at any point along the conveyor line.<\/p>\n
A chain conveyor is made up of frames formed by reinforced plates, welded and bolted together, forming the different modules that make up the conveyor. In addition, the drive shafts and tensioners are located in the chain heads. The customer can assemble the conveyor by choosing the two heads and the length of the straight section required. In addition, there is the possibility of choosing a gearbox with which you are familiar and Domfesa will take care of adapting your gearbox to the drive heads.<\/p>\n
The customer can order any part of the conveyors he is interested in and assemble it himself. If he is interested, Domfesa will also advise him on how to install it. We also have an assembly team if you would like us to install the conveyor for you.<\/p>\n
