FAST BONE CRUSHER FOR SOFT-MEDIUM MATERIALS:
Adaptable granulometry. Ideal for the treatment of soft/medium and easily broken materials. Such as paper or flour, various granulates, among others. Reaching the desired shredding size.

THE BONE CRUSHER. SLOW GRINDER FOR HARD MATERIALS:
Industrialized system, in the previous design, which facilitates assembly with standardized products. Can be coupled to modular systems.
Adaptable granulometry. Ideal for the treatment of hard and difficult to break materials, such as meat bones, rubbers… With granulometry results from 20 mm to the dimensions required by the customer.
Stainless steel or carbon steel blades. We have different treatments on the blades, thus enabling the desired hardness. With a standard distance of 18 mm between blades, the dimensions and distances between them are completely adaptable.
In addition to the electrical safety features already included in the drive system, the shredder has a geared motor reducer system that runs 2 shafts protected by belts, thus acting as a fuse for the system in case of failure or jamming.
