Thanks to an industrialised design, Domfesa crushers have an ergonomic and standardised composition that makes maintenance and replacement of parts very simple. It is coupled to modular systems on the market.
Given the configurations developed by our R&D department, the shredding dimensions generated by the shredders are easily adjustable to the most demanding customer needs.
Adaptable granulometry. Ideal for processing hard materials that are difficult to break, such as bones, meat or rubber, among others. With results of granulometry from 20 mm to the dimensions that are required by the client.
Stainless steel or carbon steel blades. We have different treatments on the blades of our crushers; thus enabling the desired hardness. With a standard distance of 18 mm between blades, the dimensions between them are completely adaptable.
In addition to the electrical safety features already included in the drive system and the machine, the shredder has a geared motor system with two shafts protected by belts, which fuse the system in the event of a fault or jamming.
